I haven't check or use any utility which provide direct solution to migrate Exchange to Office 365. You can go with OST to PST converter tool. Which easily Convert your OST file to PST file format. And then you can import that PST file to O365 Account. www.toolsbaer.com/ost-to-pst-conversion/
